•Manhattan Ogden
USD 383 consists of ten elementary schools, a middle school and a high school (split between two campuses). The district is known for excellence in teaching.
• Wamego
USD 320 is located 15 miles east of Manhattan and is well known for their educational awards and achievements. One of their most recent honors include being ranked #8 by US News and World Report on Best High Schools for College Prep in Kansas and many teachers and district directors have won awards for teaching and curriculum excellence.

• Rock Creek/ St. George
USD 323 is located 15 miles from Manhattan, and covers 230 square miles spanning the entire length of Pottawatomie County. The District is mostly rural and has two communities within its boundaries.
• Riley County
USD 378 is located about 25 miles Northwest of Manhattan, Kansas. The district consists of Riley County Grade School (Pre-Kindergarten through eighth-grade) and Riley County High School (grades 9-12).
• Junction City/ Geary County
USD 475 is located 25 miles west of Manhattan. Geary County Schools, located in the Flint Hills region surrounded by beautiful Kansas sunshine, lakes, and rivers is home to fourteen elementary schools, two middle schools, and one career academy focused high school serving the communities of Junction City, Grandview Plaza, Milford and Fort Riley.
