Spring - She’s Almost Here!

The suns peeking out, temperatures are rising, and the wind is thrashin’ around something fierce lately.

For us at Rockhill, this time of the year puts us in a near delirious state of hustlin’ to get everything and everyone ready to capitalize on the spring market.

The only problem- I think sister Spring showed up earlier than usual this year.

Maybe it’s the free-falling interest rates, the warm weather or maybe our cohesiveness as a team has found its rhythm to success?

Either way, things are heating up outside AND inside the office at Rockhill and we’re getting competitive! It used to be we wanted to sell a house on the day it hit the MLS, but now we’re getting it done before the ink is dry on the listing agreement.

Just this week, our office line of communication was blowing up with “I need this type of property” or “I have this one coming up” and suddenly appointments for our clients were being set up left and right with contracts executed in the coming days.

We put a tremendous amount of pride on the idea of another team members success will trickle over to everyone else within our organization. The buy-in of this theory from each REALTOR at Rockhill is established. I believe this is the fundamental reason why you’ll see so many properties under contract before they’re on the MLS. We work well together, for each other, and everyone is driven to be ultra-successful.
